Yeah Kovalev is the real and unified champ at lhw but he is not the wbc champ. Stevenson is.

The wbc just want their belt to be paraded up by the star of the division. Kovalev at lhw and Golovkin at middleweight but both aren't the real wbc champ. Canelo is the wbc champ at middleweight.

Its the joke silver belt or interim belt in the case of the wba. Thats the reason Kovalev called out Stevenson to get all the belts and be called the undisputed champ.
