I think he is. Barrera is a huge Light Heavyweight. He spent most of his career at Cruiserweight. I think Ward's going to get KO'd in this fight. Barrera has crazy power in both hands.

I would put Froch, Kessler, Abraham, Bika, Rodriguez, Dawson in front for now. I would put Sullivan after Rodriguez until further notice. He's a better fighter than Green and Miranda.

Those guys are small 168 pounders though. Sullivan would destroy those dudes.

Sullivan's a cruiserweight squeezing down to 175 for big fights.

And he still has crazy power

          Styles makes fights, not size.

Mayweather looked better vs Canelo and Cotto at 154, than he did vs Maidana at 147 or Castillo at 135. If an increase in size is what determines an opponents toughness and where he ranks in the resume of the fighter that beat him, then Cotto, Clottey, Bradley are better wins than MAB, JMM, EM because they are huge compared to those 3 Mexican HOF'ers (In Pac's res).

I get what you're trying to say but Pacquiao was already in MAB, JMM, and EM weight class when he fought them.

Ward is fighting a real 175 pounder in this fight, something that he's never done. The last good opponent he fought was Carl Froch in 2011. And that was way down at 168.

I was using a dramatic example to make a point. But the point still stands, Froch is smaller, but he is the greater fighter. Sullivan is a good up and coming fighter, he's bigger. Can he beat Froch, who knows. Froch is retired and in the past now, but he will go down as one of the greatest SMW's of all time, and one of the ATG English fighters. Sullivan Barrera is not on that level yet. I don't think there's any one in the world who would rank Barrera over Froch in Ward's resume.

Ok, good points. I see where you're coming from.

I think Barrera's tremendous power is going to be the game changer in this fight. Ward wont be able to handle it for all 12, IMO.

                  We shall see!

Man Ill be honest with you, I never heard of this guy until recently, never seen him fight. hook me up with a video so I can analyze his style.

To me Wards toughest fight was that dude Sakio Bika. Ward won that fight but Bika was so awkward and aggressive and wild you had to be on your toes against him if one of those bombs landed it would be over.
