Brook IS activity, for the Garcia rematch. Amir looking for a tune up and free belt. Assuming Gift Farcia doesn't hold true to his word and duck Khan Amir will be a 2 belt Champion this summer. Then all he has to do is sign a non-disclosure about drug test results and agree to fight in Vegas with Roger Jeff and Floyd Sr as judges and he will get Fraud Pedcheater Jr in the ring.

Like Hatton rightly says 'He just doesn't fight' and this is the truth and coming from a friend.
Just one of the reasons you can't take Khan seriously, the other is his delusion. Get off your arse and prove yourself , get in the mix, win or lose fans will appreciate that more.

An up-and-comer like Sammy Vasquez Jr. would do the trick. That's a little more than a "stay busy" fight, but Amir needs a challenge before fighting someone like Brook. Another challenge would be a rematch with Lamont Peterson @ 147. Khan has some unfinished business with Peterson!

At the end of the day, I get the idea Khan wants to get out of the game before 30. He used to talk about retiring about 27. That's why he never fights, he's looking for the big paydays before he retires and doesn't want to mess up any chances of a big payday by losing to some lesser fighter for less money.

Maybe he just feels he has enough money now so he doesn't NEED to fight and feels he can just wait around for a big payday, the problem being there's only the Brook fight left for that, or possibly a Garcia rematch. His inactivity is making him irrelevant anyway. If you're as good as Floyd or Manny or someone like that, the demand to see you fight will always be there and you remain relevant. Khan is nowhere near as good as he thinks, or the star that he thinks. Most people don't care or even know when he fights or not. His inactivity is simply because he's not hungry as a fighter anymore, he's been rich since a young age and now he's getting older he's probably lost that youthful burning desire to be great. Now he just wants a huge payday while he still can.

He will make way more money fighting Brook than anybody else. Hearn said it will be a bigger revenue than Froch v Groves II. But i think he's afraid of losing on home soil to a home fighter on such a massive event. That is damaging. If he loses to Garcia, so what? he did before. Or if he had fought Floyd/Manny and lost, no big deal. Losing to Brook on that stage would be massive, that's why he wants massive amounts of money for it. Can't blame him though, it's business.

I wouldnt care if Khan never steps up again...dudes been out of contention since Garcia stopped him and took his belt in 2012... its 2016 now.

He did trick alot of his fans into believing hes still a top fighter...even though his opposition level suggests otherwise. Gotta give him that...its not easy Khan'ing the fans. Since Garcia, Not one fighter was top rated AT THE TIME Khan faced em
