2,250,000 million people decided to stay in and watch DSG fight on a Saturday night when they could have been doing something else. DSG is a star. Haymon made it work, he put two welterweight names against each other on over the air TV. No one else is doing that right now. Give the man his credit for putting thse fights together.

I thought Fox did a excellent job covering the event with Brian Kenny as the Host, Gus Johnson as the Play By Play and the beautiful Charissa Thompson did a excellent job with the Interviews of Fighters and Celebrities

Looked like a Great Atmosphere, great to see Celebrities and fellow Fighters out to Support the event
Exactly I watched shobox on Friday PBC on Saturday and I'll be watching hbo next Saturday cause I watch and support all boxing!

It was an entertaining card. Some of my friends were talking about the fight in a group chat. I didn't even know they watched boxing. It's good for the sport to gain some positive exposure.

Lower than Garcia/Peterson and Ghost/Thurman, but you can probably chalk that up to the Cavs/Bulls game.

And they hit the demo that they wanted sure they were beat out by NBA but that isnt surprising at this stage just think of this had been on showtime it wouldnt have even got a million viewers.

And to top it off it was an entertaining fight. Now you add Thurman-Porter in CBS that should build interest in Garcia vs the winner. So we'll see how it all plays out.

I'm sure I saw the Lower Thirds logo show a 10 round bout during round 6 of Guerrero and Garcia. The technical guys were probably using the same lower third graphic from the undercards not knowing about a 12 round title. I didn't like that detail, they need to be more sharp.

For a reasonable comparison, how do these ratings compare to the ratings UFC gets on Fox?
