And good for your parents coming over here legally but the legal Immigration system is just as F'ed up if not more F'ed up than our policies on illegal immigrants. I know this first hand due to my occupation and changes will come soon. Trump is a bigot no matter what you say, he singled out Mexicans as if Mexicans are the only ones that come to the U.S. illegally & commit crimes. Now I do agree with Trump that we need to secure our borders and reform Immigration, thats a no brainer but for other reasons than he states. I also find it intriguing how you are from Los Angeles and think this way...

We need to secure our borders and keep the citizens that are here save. There is too much going on internally in America to put so much emphasis on immigration. People don't even trust their own law enforcement in this country and they've been literally getting away with murder

He suggests more aggressively screening immigrants/refugees/etc for links to extremism. This would require them to be legal, but it would also reform the legal screening process. That addresses the San Bernardino shooters etc just as much as it addresses the border crisis.

I get that when it's an old white dude talking about anything that "isn't his business" we're just programmed to scream at him and call him a bigot but you guys don't even seem to disagree with his platform. Just seem to personally dislike him.

I wouldn't really want to spend a day hanging out with him or cuddling him he's kind of annoying and his hair looks dumb. But he's still got my voteski because I don't want US cities to end up like the country my family had to leave ended up.

I lived in southern California most of my life, grew up with Mexicans, root for Mexican boxers, etc. Love mexican culture.

But if you're denying that the problems on the southern border are 90% Mexico-related, again, I have to wonder if you have your own agenda.

We happen to share a border with them. Not Venezuela, not Brazil. It's not bigotry to single them out, it's geography.

I live in Georgia and trust me.....Im far more worried about the police doing there job and protecting us than I am of Mexicans(who work hard, are peaceful and family oriented) and ******s(not the Jihad extremists) who are citizens who support the community and Islam means Peace....most people don't even know that
