In Garcia's case, I think he might be physically shot at this point, and he hasn't recovered his soul, which was stolen by Herrera. He needs easy fights because the day he fights a real challenge again, he will lose.

Same with Wilder, he needs to keep fighting bums or else the illusion of him being a top fighter will shatter and the gravy train will end. Wilder's an overachiever at this point
Thing with Khan is, I believe he's being shafted and managed poorly. He was promised a fight with Floyd by Haymon and got stiffed after passing up on certain fights believing that Floyd was next. He had chased fights with the 2 top pfp fighters for years (floyd and manny). He fought Alexander when people were predicting that Devon would outbox him and instead Khan completely dominated him.

What I do fault him for is not fighting Brook. There's no excuse for Khan to dismiss him the way he has.

brook's win over porter is better than wilder's over stiverne or spilka.

and brook definitely wanted the khan fight, and i don't blame him for it.

wilder's a unique case in that he had very little amateur career, and was such a hard punmcher that a lot of ghe guys who were supposed to take him rounds and help him learn were taken out early.

scott and liakhovich are the two big ones.

i really don't think either one is as protected a fighter as people seem to think. wilder looks like he may end up fighting povetkin in '16.

Got to be Ward for me, simply because he should be out 2-3 times a year and beating the very best.

Brook would be second and really needs to step up the level of opposition PDQ.

Wilder reached the destination too sooner and so is still training despite being holding a belt, Khan wanted the best and lost a gamble, Stevenson probably worries that if Boone can stop him, putting his belt up against a live contender would cost him.

But Ward would have walked through all of the SMW's over the past 3-4 years and cemented a legacy, now he is in a LH division staked with real marketable opponents and just keeps inviting people he could have crushed at SMW to putt on a few pounds and move up a division for a beating and a payday.

Offer good money to Kovalev, or Stevenson, even the likes of Fonfara or Beterbiev would at least be live challenges.

Wow, I even forgot all about Mikey Garcia. Talk about a waste of talent. He took a page right out of Ward's book. "How to kill your career by fighting your promoter"

Mikey Garcia has committed career suicide, he's on a whole other level.

Stevenson by far. Barely anyone even talking about him vs Kovalev anymore. Dude has bummed his way into irrelevancy.
