Comments Thread For: De La Hoya: Canelo Has The Style To Disappoint Many GGG Fans

Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya says his platinum guided missile Saul "Canelo" Alvarez is destined to disappoint a whole host of Gennady "GGG" Golovkin fans, when Saul - who's the WBC middleweight champion, and interim-champion Gennady - collide in the ring.

Right...he'd better stock up on the old booger sugar, because its going to be a long night for Oscar once his ginger cash cow gets taken to the slaughter house.

September this year would be a perfect date for this fight.

GGG fans think Canelo is going to fall down as soon as he sees GGG...Those dumb ***s are the best 401K plan ever...

I give Canelo a very good chance of beating GGG if they fight at 155. At 160 I'm not so sure who wins.

            WAR CANELO!!!

I believe it, reason 154-168 turned to 160-164 real quick once Canelolujah jumped on the scene.

              Those are just facts.

                Countdown to September

This is going to be a very good maybe a great fight.

Both are very skillful, powerful, and just keep improving and showing different dimensions to there boxing skills every fight.

The main difference other than age is experience. While GGG has the amateur pedigree and has undefeated record he has not faced the same quality opponents as Canelo.

Canelo is improving by fight and has looked much better since the boxing lesson he got against Money May. GGG showed another faucet to his game when he fought Lemeiux showing that he's way more than just a knock out machine.

This is an evenly matched fight, and a fight that all boxing fans are looking forward too.

Triple DDDuck fans have less than a year to make up excuses after their hero gets Canelo'd.

Yup, Canelo beats Golovkin at 155, despite Golovkin's earlier promises.

In 2-3 fights, at 160, not sure..... but Canelo will be right in that fight.
