Most of the schools in the inner-city and/or low income communities are underfunded and not good. The higher the income of the community, the better the schools become. The lower, the worse the conditions of the school become, and the lower the odds of it's students having the chance to go to college.

College is not free in America, it is very expensive. It is even too expensive for middle class Americans. Most are taking up huge debt (student loans) just to go. Student loan debt is a big crisis right now.

All the Clerks and Janitors are Black -- the low income jobs right? Jobs that don't require college degrees, and are low paying too.

College is free if your low income you apply for grants I know i have family members who pay nothing for their College cause they come from a low income family. A Clerk working at the VA Hospital makes about $52,000 a year thats not that low and the Janitor makes close to that. The DMV Clerks make about $60,000 hear in California thats not bad for not having a degree and puts you in the middle class
