Looks like the dyke is finally going to do some ting right
At light-heavyweight, Andre Ward is currently locked in talks to face Sullivan Barrera as the ex-super middleweight king gears up for a world title shot against Sergey Kovalev at the end of 2016.
The ‘S.O.G’ is due to return to the ring in March after signing with Roc Nation last year and Barrera’s promoter Kathy Duva has confirmed she is ‘working on’ a deal with Ward’s team to put the fight together.
Finally, WBA welterweight champion Keith 'One Time' Thurman looks nailed on to defend his belt against compatriot 'Showtime' Shawn Porter in the coming months following weeks of talks between the Premier Boxing Champions pair.
Porter’s father and trainer Kenny informed WBN that a date, venue and terms are all still to be worked out, although both sides are very interested in securing the high-profile bout - which would see two P4P ranked fighters square off.
Now that Floyd Mayweather Jr is seemingly out of the picture for good, Thurman or Porter can push themselves to the forefront of the division with victory in what looks to be a mouth-watering 147 pound contest on paper.
