There should be a couple of weight classes between light heavyweight and heavyweight. Roy is a prime example - too small for cruiserweight and too big and slow (now) for lightheavy.

He said Roy is only fighting for money, not for the love of boxing. I used Hopkins as an example to show that fighting for the love of fighting actually is plausible.

Jones is a absolute ***ing IDIOT continuing to be brutally knocked out! He complained about neurological issues many years ago and then gets in the ring to be repeatedly knocked out! That is like someone complaining about headaches and then ****ing their head against a brick wall!

Why? This is not even sport anymore, this is sick. Roy must not be allowed in the ring anymore. That KO is thee saddest thing I've ever seen in boxing. Worse than the Ali beating against Holmes. He's one more fight away from ending up like Gerald McClelland. Enough, this is sick.

Roid should just wear a gas mask with an air hose right in his ass so he can live in a cloud of his own methane, then he'll have no reason to keep fighting chasing the dragon.

First off, hello to everyone from Bulgaria.
The reason I'm posting is that I wanted to ask - Since I can't quote, on page 4 there's a video of the knockout without commentary. Now, right after the ref waves his hands you can hear a moan from Roy and then he's saying something. Can anyone make heads or tails of it? I have my thoughts, but I'll share them later, because it's so hard to hear and I don't want to put ideas in anyone's head about what it might be. It sounds horrible though and seeing him writhe around wasn't easy either.
It's sad seeing a gladiator like Roy Jones Jr going down like that. And while I'm sometimes annoyed with how out of touch he seems and how ****y he acts, I think he deserves our respect if for nothing else, at least for the fact that he was always a clean fighter with sportsmanship, who always got up and held to where his body gave up. Farewell, Roy, you are an inspiration!
