    LOS ANGELES - Undefeated rising star Sergeant Sammy "The Who Can Mexican" Vasquez (20-0, 14 KOs) will square off against Los Angeles-native Aron Martinez (20-4-1, 4 KOs) in a welterweight showdown as part of the inaugural Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) on FOX and FOX Deportes Saturday, January 23 from STAPLES Center in Los Angeles.

    The return of primetime boxing to FOX is headlined by undefeated Danny "Swift" Garcia (31-0, 18 KOs) and former world champion Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero (33-3-1, 18 KOs) in a 12-round welterweight showdown.           Right on this sounds like a great little match up. This has the makings of a lower level Barrera-Morales type fight.

            I can't believe they robbed Martinez of the Guerrero victory. He'd be in the running for fighter of the year if the judges didn't screw him over.

                I dont think he was robbed but he put up a great fight and then returned to beat Alexander. Either way he should be in the running but he wont be.

                Hell i think Jack should be FOTY but he isnt even nominated.

                Glad hes getting another fight and chance to showcase skills
