Wilder is still kind of unproven at world level and this fight will go a long way to showing us just what his true level is.

Wilder youth, size, strength, athleticism, power. I voted Wilder by decision in another thread and this is because I think he has improved his jab greatly over the last couple years and will control Povetkin with it. Szpilka did well with Deontay before he was KO'd though and Povetkin is obviously better than the Polish fighter but Pov isn't that great against very big men, we saw it with Vlad and with Mariusz Wach to a degree. All this said, I hope Alexander wins.

Povetkin won't fight on the backfoot and try to make Wilder miss with feints and head movement, he'll come straight for him. That makes him both more dangerous and more hittable. If Wilder can keep him at bay with his jab then he has a great chance, and based on the Stiverne fight I think he can do just that, but he has to avoid getting into a tearup with Povs. That's my one fear with Wilder, that he'll hurt Povetkin at some point and go batshit crazy trying to get him out of there. He has to resist that temptation and keep his composure otherwise he's leaving himself open to getting KOed. He has the tools to win this from distance. No need to make things risky for himself.

You better expect me to change it to bronze bomber(before povetkin), klitschko(before fury), and GGG(before Canelo)
