These two are probably never going to get along. Its sorta effed up cuz both are great fighters & they probably got a lot of insight they could offer the other guy in a lot of ways & just a friendship being that there aren't many guys in their peer group that they can relate to.

I won't argue with you that GB is currently doing better than Mayweather promotions;having Canelo alone is enough to say that. I'm just saying he isn't producing champs.

Ishe, Bey and Jack never had belts before working with Floyd. Canelo and Linares had their first under Shaeffer. I don't know much about the Cabellero guy, so I can't say if he had one before Oscar took over. Like I said, Lemeuix was on his way to it already, Oscar just stole him, and is in court for that right now. We can give more credence to Floyd actually building the fighters than attaching his name to whats already there.

As far as him putting on fights we want to see, which one besides Canelo Cotto? David and ggg was never anticipated, and was expected to be a blowout. Provo/Lucas? A fan friendly non-consequential fight. i can't think of any other fight that he put on that was remotely called for.

Canelo himself is worth three times as much as Floyd's entire stable of fighters. He is producing champions I just named 5 that he has had. Canelo, Vargas, Cabellero were all built from ground zero to Champion under Golden Boy. Don't give me Shaeffer produced Canelo. Because if he felt that type of alliance he would have left Golden Boy at the beginning of the year as well.

You can't compare there stables to each other at this moment. At best TMT have a bunch of Co Main Event guys where as Golden Boy has guys who can actually be headliners for major events. He gave David Lemieux more exposure and a chance to be relevant in the Middleweight division. He won the title but ran into the most feared/best middleweight in the world in GGG. He's not done yet, he will be back. Linares is still a major player in his division and is probably the best in his division.

That doesn't even account for the prospects under the Golden Boy banner that he has coming up. But so does Floyd. It's just going to take time for Floyd's guys to get that platform. And what I mean by that you can see Golden Boy's prospects on Ring TV live online. So they are ahead of the game right now in that aspect.

Look at the totality of the cards Golden Boy has put on from the Wilder vs Stiverne fight (his last on Showtime) to the Canelo vs Cotto fight. He has put on major fights with other promoter's, and has challenged his top end guys.

Oscar and Bernard Hopkins will be promoter of the year for the fights they have put on.

I said Canelo is worth more; we agree there. Canelo may still be with De La Hoya, but we know who was in charge when his stock was built.

Wilder Vs Stiverne was a purse bid fight with a Haymon fighter. He won't be able to put out a fight like that again because a PBC open promoter will always outbid him. He had to promote another guys fighters because his only presence in the heavyweight division is an unknown. And probably he didn't even make a profit off of the fight after paying Deontay.
