Andre Ward was ringside for this past Saturday's HBO Pay-Per-View.

Canelo Alvarez beat Miguel Cotto on a unanimous points decision to win the WBC world middleweight title in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Alvarez, the pre-fight favourite, lived up to his billing with a powerful display at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, and took his career record to 46-1-1, with 32 KOs.

How come nobody is talking about how Ward wrote his retirement letter? Its at 10:40 of the first video. This cat is not trying to fight anyone who can beat him.

For someone who doesn't want to talk about "Lil G", he seems to bring him up a lot.

You're the only person I've heard mention it. I wouldn't be surprised if he did though, sure the contract dispute took some of his desire away. I've mentioned before that Ward seems to have lost his love for he sport these days....
