Like many former world champions say, good fighters don't necessarily always remain with their 0, we never seen Cotto be quick on the gun to rematch Clottey, Margarito or Pacquiao after those first encounters.
You can say what you want about Floyd but with his close fights i.e. Castillo and Maidana 1 he gave each one a rematch and I'm sure even with a loss to them he'd have still requested the rematch.

The thing is you can make all your excuses up for Cotto but we know he wouldn't go undefeated If he fought all the opposition Golovkin did.
you was doing o...k... until the last part then I was like

Who has lil'g fought??? HAHAHAHAHAHA his resume is crap theres no ifs ands or buts about it.

No the guys following UFC are getting to see top guys fighting other top guys, that's why they're lapping it up.
UFC weight divisions work in a fair way, only one champ top guy faces top guy OF THEIR DIVISION its as simple as that and that's how boxing should be but isn't because people like Cotto.
      aaaahhh the knee doe!!!

Also, UFC is monopolized... isn't that what many are against in boxing... monopolizing...

If dana white doesnt like the way you won... gues what.... you're not getting a title shot.

The sheer fact Cotto lost to guys like Trout proves to us that he has a problem dealing with slick boxers who can box and move, I would put a very sizable bet to say that Munroe Jr would beat him.

Lemieux would definitely stand a chance as well, Martin Murray would have a shot as well both guys willing to take a shot and not go down to the canvas and shake their head and quit like Daniel Geale did but ofcourse we know it wouldn't happen unless it was at Cotto's entire demands.

          also.....

you replied to that quote but not this one from me:

Would like a response from you for this.
If Cotto resumme is much better than the GGG, then if GG is the mandatory, Cotto did not want to fight with him?

As per your comment, Cotto rather than take an easy fight ( based on his resume ) with GGG, he preferred to run and hide like a ****roach and now dropped the tittle to avoid to pay the step aside fee to GGG.

yea because Cotto fought the wrong fight and was trying to outbox trout. Who's a more natural boxer than Cotto. So obvioulsy that's a mismatch stylewise. In a rematch do you really think that Cotto is gonna try to outbox him? Or you don't see a difference in the way Cotto fights?

Cotto has already stated who he was gonna fight next. Canelo. That round of negotiations didn't work out, so he took a tune up fight(geale) for the Canelo fight this november. Who he's gonna fight next? IDK he never really gives that answer until after the fight.

Well he never gave Austin Trout a rematch, he never looked to avenge that loss so how can we know for sure.

                      Lol

Cotto is gonna retire after this weekend win/loss I think it doesn't matter only Floyd brings him to fight once more and I doubt anybody cares about that fight.
