people who can judge a fighter based off the skills they see, like holyfield can, know that GGG is right up there on the p4p charts (I wouldn't say number 1 but he is up there in the top 5 for sure) people who can only judge a fighter by looking at boxrec and I guess can thus never predict a great fighter when they are up and coming and only after the event will say he is overrated etc.

Well, so does Roman, Evander. You and Tyson have become the biggest coons in the sport.

However, my theory is that any boxer who has never traversed weight classes should not considered p4p unless he's a heavyweight. You need to traverse at least two weight classes to be a contender.

Are you really that ****** that you dont know what "p4p" is?
If you had read my initial quote, I said I don't rate his skill level highly enough to rank him based solely on that.

I think if weight were removed, many people could beat him.

P4P for me is about your skill level and about who you've been able to display it against.

It's all very well displaying your skills against bums and overmatched opponents like GGG has but can you reproduce it against a top level fighter?

Many gifted fighters have choked under the bright lights when met with resistance.

Think he'd call an old evander an uncle tom to his face? Gtfoh
When black's don't act the yardie street thug or African royalty they get called an uncle tom or coconut. That's from their own race, the same dimwits that scream racism at every opportunity.
Put your dirty black ass away sugarra
Just say what you really feel and get it out. Holyfield never has anything good to say about any black fighter. With no apology, he's the typical uncle Ruckus. Dude also prays to a white Jesus. It can't get any worse than that. If the (inner circle) meaning misses you, leave it alone. It is a black thing, we know why we avoid people like him. In fact, you same people don't ask him for advice on more relevant matters concerning world affairs, so should we take him for some type of Sage now? Holyfield is a nutjob along with Tyson who may have given the sport everything, and for that, I respect them, but disregard most of stuff they say.

I don't think he's #1 P4P. Having said that, I have no problems with anyone putting him there.

All the idiots will have you believe that everyone he has fought is a bum. They're not, he just makes them look like bums. What they also don't realize that when they say that so-and-so could have beaten Golovkin.. they're talking out of their ass.

The bottom line is that nobody right now has an idea of what it takes to beat Golovkin. No hard puncher has been able to knock him down, and barely anyone won a round against him. That's the most overlooked statistic on Golovkin's resume.

and thats great. You are entitled to your opinion, as is Evander. And just as you believe Holyfield is an idiot, many will think the same of you........

The fact that the fight couldnt be made at the moment doesnt change the fact that if GGG and Ward ever meet (after Wards "tune-up tour 2015-2016" of course), GGG puts Ward on the floor, regardless of what weight they fight at.
You don't get credit for "what ifs", actually stepping into the ring and fighting gets you the kudos. See watch how easy this is..."Bradley will fight and beat anyone from 147-160"

You saying this or that is a fact doesn't make it so, it's just an opinion. But you knew that right?
