But I guess from a guy like dlh whom had whittaker, Hopkins, Trinidad, Mosley, mayweather, pacquiao etc who were all near their prime, they're not really risks.

I mean floyd came back from retirement and fought a career featherweight. Lol that's not a risk taker.

Again i don't think mayweather cares, dude had a very business like mentality once he got to the top.
Mosley wasn't a risk. He was a light weight moving up 2 division to fight the much bigger Oscar. Is that really a risk?
As far as the other fighters they had to build themselves up. Oscar was never in a hurry to fight Hopkins. Hopkins had several title defenses before getting his shot. Tito was a star as well.

Hoya is mad because his association with Mayweather was fruitless. To make matters worse, Schaefer screwed him and left GBP almost bankrupt. Everyone knows how greedy Mayweather is. If he had his way everyone would earn nothing from his fights, except him.

The fact that you think that was controversial shows ur bias. Couldn't have been more than 8-4 at best. And Oscar is salty, I think what he says has a lot of truths but Floyd never had Oscar's power or size or style to fight an exciting style and still be his best and win. He used his assets to be the best he could be and that was better than anyone else in the last 20 years could produce. He fought everyone in our generation that he had to and won them all. Yeah we all wish he fought more exciting, a lot of you just wish someone could beat him but no one could. And as anticlimatic as his retirement was he brought a ton of attention and money to the sport, including Oscar's pockets for that matter. And the only reason Oscar wouldn't be able to get Floyds name out of his mouth even tho Floyd doesn't even think about him is precisely because he is salty, its just a fact. He needs to move the **** on and stop hating so strongly cuz its making him look like a clingy *****

Will Oscar say same thing About Canelo

Canelo said he learned lessons to drain opponent from Mayweather.

          155 remember.

And will Oscar have Canelo wait GGG out, past his prime. Or does losing not matter to Canelo too.

Canelo must now live up to this and fight GGG.

          He's like thanks Oscar.

For a guy who LIED about the pink panties and fishnets, Oscar sure hates Money Mayweather!

IMO they should have both been grateful of each other. And Oscar was greatful for being able to promote Floyd. But Floyd was always the one throwing the salt in oscars face at every opportunity he had and not the other way around. So I think oscars saltiness is just him being tired of Floyd and how he always never hesitated to bash him.
Fair call actually, yea mayweather was a right cvnt to him on numerous occasions. And it just seemed like jealousy at the time.

Easy to look at Mayweather now and not pick up on that, but back then Hoya was definitely the man, not Mayweather.

Damn that's deep. In some aspects Oscar is right. The fight with Manny happened way too late no matter what Floyd says Manny wasn't the same fighter after Marquez almost killed him. The fight with Berto was just a total disgrace he had zero chance. I'm a Floyd fan for real he has great skills. I'm Sorry the best skills in the ring but he was never an exciting fighter.

Mayweather should get on his knees and worship ODLH. DLH is the one who made this ****** thug! The ex-convict wasn't selling no damn PPV's.

I remember when I got free tickets to watch him fight Mitchell in Portland. They were nose bleeds, before the show started, they asked us if we wanted to sit closer 'cause there was hardly any people. HBO wanted to make the fight look sold-out. I didn't complain, but it was sad that they asked a lot of us to sit closer. This wouldn't have happened at a Hoya fight.... fact.

Theres a reason why Oscar will always be known as MR. PPV. Oscar kept boxing alive!
