Comments Thread For: Postol Ready To Face Crawford in Voluntary, Then Imam

The new World Boxing Council champion of the light welterweight division, 31-year-old Ukrainian Viktor Postol (28-0, 12KOs), will have one voluntary defense before meeting his mandatory obligation against Amir Imam.

It is worth noting that many fans would like to see a unification bout between Postol and the world champion of the WBO, 28-year-old Terence Crawford (27-0, 19KOs).

Imam is a derailment for anyone. He can either soften up Postol for Crawford or prepare him well for him.

I think that a Postal vs Crawford match would be a great fight. Very tactical with both. Crawford should see if Pac will fight him next to take him to a Superstar level. But if no Pac he should fight Postal. Then that winner face Imam.

Not to mention both are Top Rank guys should be easy to make.

Mathysee, then Crawford, and then Imam? That's a hell of a courageous fighter!

lol! i love how everyone immediately gets amnesia right after a fight ends. yes he won by ko but do you remember the first 6 rounds where he was holding nonstop? that's a boxing lesson? are you sure? just because he won by ko doesn't mean he didn't cheat to reach that ko because he did. it was complete and utter garbage to watch on top of being illegal.
