Both Pacquiao and Marquez promoted the 4th fight saying "once and 4 all".

Meaning, that was the last one.

Besides, pac turds won't be satisfied until Pacquiao gets killed. The most hypocrite bunch

Disagree. I think that fight was a classic example of the underdog doing a lot better than expected.

Marquez was a big underdog in the 3rd fight and a lot of people thought he would finally get knocked out. When he did better than expected, people screamed robbery.

But the reality was that Pacquiao landed more punches in the 3rd fight than he did in the first and second. He was busier and landed more punches than Marquez and I had Pacquiao winning the 3rd fight 116-112.

You explained it perfectly. I think the first and second fight was actually much closer than the third fight. People forget that Marquez was too inactive in the last 2 rounds in their third fight (like Dela Hoya vs Tito - gave up the last 4 rounds).

              Absolutely.

I think the Pacquiao vs Marquez series is the most wrongly judged series in boxing history from my scorecards. First fight was a draw. Was close, but I had Manny winning. Second fight Manny won. Was close, but I felt Juan Manuel won. Third fight Manny won. Least close fights of all 3 fights & I had Juan Manuel winning. 4th fought Marquez wins by KO. Its 2-1-1 Manny on the books, but I got it 3-1 Juan Manuel.

I'd actually love to see it one more time, but I understand Marquez's side of it.

                I agree !

Not because that wouldn't be a great fight.

                Not because 4 is enough.

Not because Marquez owes Pacquiao nothing.....

..... because of what happened in the 3rd fight.

All their fights except the last were very close ones. Marquez has nothing left to prove. He's a HOF'er and he can call it a career. He got the knock out in their last fight. A fight he was losing every single round (other than the round he got a knock down, a round he was losing as well) and caught Pac with the perfect shot to drop him.

At this point in his career, another robbery loss does nothing IMO. If I was him I'd probably take it for the money, which could land him near $10 mil.

I had Marquez winning the first 3 fights on the scorecard (had Manny winning the 4th fight on the cards through 6 essentially) but I wasn't complaining if someone had Pacquiao winning (as long as it was a close card).

I think the Marquez-Pacquiao fight is the most exciting realistic fight but I wouldn't complain if it doesn't happen.

We can debate the 1st/2nd fights forever, but not the 3rd.
