        He's got the winner of the Cotto Vs Canelo fight, so if he squeezes a fight inbetween, then it doesn't bother me.

          I think you are right. A fight against Cotto/canelo, especially Cotto will take some time to make and if GGG fights in February it would push that fight into late 2016.

            I just dont want him to squeeze this fight in and give the Cotto/Canelo winner wiggle room to take an involuntary or something and delay this fight even further. They can say..."well GGG is facing Johnson in Feb so why not take a stay busy fight in April/May". Then GGG takes another stay busy fight while waiting for Cotto or Canelo.

            GGG needs to stay still and just apply the pressure after Nov 21st.

              The next date is already set pretty much. A Canelo fight happens Cinco De Mayo weekend and Cotto fight happens PR day parade,

                Yeah mate, i hear you on that. I've got a feeling Cotto/Canelo Vs GGG is going to have some bumps getting made along the way as it is. The sooner (and smoother) we get it the better.

                  The Cotto/Canelo fight is just 1 month away. Wait for the winner and put the pressure. That's what I advise he does.

                    It'll probably be closer to beginning of February to give almost 3 months. It wouldn't be any different than any of his other fights (he fought Murray in Feb then Monroe in May) and most of his fights finish so fast that it doesn't take a long time to recover for him.

                      Recovering isnt the issue. Its the promotion and training for the bout that will need a bit more time. This will be a huge ppv fight that will require a promtional tour unlike any of GGG's previous promotions.

                      Mark my words. If GGG faces Johnson in Feb, a fight vs Cotto or Canelo isnt happening in May or June.
