ps I like GGG, just can't stand Sanchez who keeps making GGG look bad. He has reached Angel level for me, just less funny

Nice to see that Ward calling their bluff has caused a change in strategy. Still looking at smaller fighters though....Smh.

I think Canelo/GGG at 160 would be more than interesting. Cotto is just too small and will always insist on some bullshit CW.

Cotto says "**** you and your 160", gets elevated to WBC middleweight champion emeritus (moving down to chase the WBC 154 belt), and then Team Golovkin loses all interest in actually fighting for the vacant 160 belt. gtfoh

I would rather he force Cotto to relinquish titles first, prior to being forced to fight at 155.

This lack of respect for the 160lb title has got to come to an end.

Cotto is staying in the game just to realize his greatest financial returns ever in the sport after putting in many years. These are his best years from a financial standpoint. And he hasn't made anything close to Mayweather. So I see exactly what he's doing. Milking it!!!

Lara yapped his way into a fight with Canelo and lost, what the heck has he done that makes him deserve to yap his way into a fight at the 160 champ.

                Lara lost.

Have you listened to the WBC in the last year. They are on a mission to fix things. They are not pulling anything like that.

I agree, it pisses me off that these BS fighters want to make a mockery out of divisions.

Cotto is probably too small for the MW, but no one made him step into the MW division. He needs to man up or bow the **** out.

Erislandy Lara has been wanting to fight Golovkin, basically since the Canelo fight, yet Team Golovkin has consistently acted like he doesn't even exist.

Lara would be heads and shoulders above any fighter that Golovkin has ever stepped into the ring with, in terms of name ID and talent, yet they never considered the fight (while crying about no one being willing to fight him).

Cotto and Canelo are both junior middleweights, likely heading down to 154 for their possible rematch. Only reason Golovkin now caes about "unifiying the titles" (while never mentioning Lee-Saunders winner) is because him and his camp see the payday that a fight with either of the star junior middleweights would mean for a 33-year old middleweight who refuses to fight anyone.

So everyone saying Cotto and Canelo will duck GGG, will GGG then fight Ward? What if Cotto-Canelo ends in a draw, then what? Will GGG wait? Under what circumstances will he say "screw it, I'll fight Ward"
