But why can't you compare, GGG had the better amateur career and looks to be the better pro fighter as well.

GGG has been a pro for almost 10 years, when Floyd was a pro for 10 years he was already a champion in 4 different weight classes, 3 times lineal champion, P4P top 10 for 7 years and best P4P in the world for like 2 years.
Now u have no where to go so u bring up the amateurs, Floyd turned pro at 19, within 2 years he was a world champion, Gennady Golovkin turned pro at 24, and it took him like 5 years to win a vacant title. U can't say he looks to be the better pro until he faces the same things Floyd has faced, if he can accomplish what Floyd has accomplished then he's better, if not then he's not, just as simple as that, plus the bar is set lower for him since he's an exciting fighter, nobody is asking him to move up 5 weight classes or be to rated P4P for 15 years, he only needs to move up 1 weight class and beat 1 inactive fighter and believe me people will start comparing his legacy to the all time greats, he had it way easy.
