    Walters is a good shout.

Not sure I agree on Stevensson. He needs to up his competition imo. He couldn't KO Fonfara, who is a strong lightheavyweight but someone you'd expect Kovalev to KO I'd say, and also didn't stop Bika.

Similarly, Wilder didn't stop Stiverne of course.

Although still unproven, Kudryashov looks like he hits like a train. Shoutouts to Stevenson & Abraham as well.

Good list and good mentions by others in here. But what about Donaire? He's still pretty good puncher in his own right. Even rocked Walters who was bigger than him before he got stopped.

I'm not sure if Thurman and Lem deserve to be there as they have never KOd a world class opponent. Surely the most devastating punchers have big stoppages at the highest level? Or if not stoppage, then concussive power and I don't think a 40 year old Bundu, apart from that early KD was ever physically battered in their fight.

Provodnikov should take a place on that list. He battered a world class Bradley from pillar to post.

Is Klitschko an explosive puncher? I wouldn't even think to consider him on this sorta list. I think he'd be on my top strategists list & a less positive best holders list, but idk about explosive punching even if he does have a nice KO %.

I believe Kovalev let Hopkins last the distance out of respect. These three hard punching champions get the knock out just about every fight. GGG and Gonzalez are fighting tough opponents this weekend but it's almost certain they both will score KOs.
At 154/160 maybe he does, but I think Canelo's power gets overrated in general. I don't even think he has that much power. Good speed, decent technique and puts his punches together well, but I don't think his power is all that.

At least I don't think it's world class, and certainly not up there among the better punchers in the sport.

I'd rate Kov above GGG too. Nov has proven his power against guys that have shown genuinely great beards. GGG still hasn't shown his vaunted power against someone with a truly top class beard.

I would say his power is world class, he can defintely crack it's just not concussive like the likes of Golovkin and Kovalev etc. Those guys hits you and you go down.
