Should probably have tried to say something when HBO picked up on Sanchez's nonsense and started selling the same bull****, too.

When the WBC makes Cotto-Canelo winner "champion emeritus" (before creating a trophy for the two junior middleweights to contest at 154lbs +1 for their rematch), I'd expect folks like you to be at the keyboard, demanding that Golovkin fights Jorge Sebastian Heiland, lol.
Of course I'm going to ask for that fight if it's next in line for Cotto/Canelo.

whether this fight happens or not we'll see.. but one things for certain, ward stripped that invisible/boogeyman cape right off little g's neck.

another thing i notice is little g groupies are banking on ward not fighting kovalev so they can have debate ammo in these discussions .."why dont ward fight kovalev?" this is their go to card.. duva and roc nation have said plenty of times its happening but little g fans secretly dont want that because then they have no card to play.

so litte g fans dont want their guy to test himself and they also dont want ward/kovalev

You call them fanboys when you just twist words around to suit your agenda so that would make you just as much a fan boy right?

It's crazy how soon people forget that Ward made Bad Chad come down to 168, not even a CW like his 172.

So why the hell would he fight Lemieux and then move up 8 pounds to a different division to fight ward???

Can one person honestly say that would make sense?

Ward's team is desperate and are using GGG's popularity to get their name out there again. And they probably shouldn't reference "journeymen" considering Andre's last opponent and probably his next.
              lol

As long as neither guy gets blown out inside of 5 rounds, Cotto-Alvarez 2 happens in 2016 (in May if Canelo wins, and in June if Cotto wins); if the result flips in the second fight, there will also be a third fight between the two. Cotto is cashing out on these final fights of his career, and Oscar's entire company is down to Canelo Alvarez being his attraction, holding things for long enough to give some of his young guys a chance to break out.

Golovkin is lined up to fight for the WBC 160 title, a belt that will likely be vacated and result in a showdown that HBO will refuse to go forward with (Golovkin vs Heiland will likely head to Monaco, off of TV).

Trash Paul Smith all you want, his two prior fights to Ward were title challenges, both of which he gave Arthur Abraham hell for 20 of their 24 rounds.

Golovkin has had all of one fight against an opponent at even Paul Smith's level.

I'm a real GGG fan an I admit he is ducking a much more dangerous opponent with relatively little money to fight a more even opponent for much more money and the lineal MW crown so what's wrong with that?
The Ward GGG fight is for hardcore fans but it probably does 300k PPV at most so why not let it build up so both fighters benefit?

kinda sad that this is how you've chosen to live your life.
how many ppv's has Ward sold? Oh, wait........

When was this? He's already turned down Stevenson, and now been agonizing for weeks over an HBO offer leading to a Kov fight .

GGG was avoided no doubt, but now that he's HBO ppv, he's not gonna be avoided as much cause he's the best money above 155, and he's mando to those guys with 3 belts + lineal on the line.
