Comments Thread For: Jose Pedraza Eyes January Return, Will Stay At 130 Lbs

At the close of the 12th and final round, Jose Pedraza got exactly what he expected from Edner Cherry - a tough, close fight from a durable veteran challenger. Their respective styles meshed well for a competitive Showtime-televised co-feature at U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio. [Click Here To Read More]

It should be an immediate rematch against Cherry cause that was a robbery!! 117-111 TWICE FOR PEDRAZA!!! ¿What in the world were the judges watching? If they were watching.. ¿Did they even know which one was Pedraza? Cause maybe they thought the Black guy was Pedraza..

You can tell who won pedraza was confident every second of the fight cherry was not and knew he lost pedraza fought cherry at his own game and cherry didn't take advantage

Nobody said Cherry was easy, Pedraza won ugly, but he won in Cherry country. Lets see this rematch in Puerto Rico and I bet the house on Pedraza.

Regardless of who won those scorecards of 117-111 were disgusting and disgraceful. It's a real shame that we have incompetent judges in every single fight, & it's something that has been going on for a while now, sadly.

Cherry won this fight. He out worked him and he pushed the fight. It's a shame that he came back after a long career and had to lose like that.

He didn't win at all, it was a real close fight, but Pedraza won 7 to 5 for Cherry.
