So Mayweather has to challenge himself but GGG does not. Going through 5 divisions and being at the top of all of them, while going 26-0 against 22 champions isn't enough of a challenge. Got ya
Stop changing subject. This is about Floyd wanting to be TBE. Its not about GGG. If Floyd wants to be TBE he needs to challenge himself and take a risk. He wants to be up there with Duran, SRL, Ali and Pac doesnst he? For starters Duran was the greatest lightweight of all time as well as beating Barkley, pushing Hagler close and beating SRL. What does Floyd bring to the table? He brings to the table a reputation for cherry picking and not having beat many great prime fighters.

GGG never claimed hes TBE as far as I know? He may want to become the best middleweight ever, therefore I would stay at middleweight for now and not challenge Ward. Floyds outgrown 4 divisons without having fought anyone of note. The only real greats are Pac, but hes smaller than Floyd and coming off of a loss to JMM. SO if that's Floyds claim to fame, he needs to get in the ring with GGG at 160 already. Not tomorrow or next month....already.

And what Exactly makes GGG a better Candidate than Cotto? Canelo?

Pac's Legacy is not better than Floyd's Legacy. Get it straight.

Do we really need to revisit Floyd back to the Day's of Corralles and Castillo to prove his hunger for fighting top opposition? Let's not revisit that, please

bro.. you're sounding pretty dumb right about now.. those are arguably Floyd's best wins.. after that it was a series of business decisions.. you remember don't you?? "we're not here to prove to the fans who the best is! We're here to make the right business decisions that take us to the next level"..

as far as legacies? they're both good in their own perspectives.. I favor pacs legacy a little better because of the challenges he took on.. oversized Margacheato, primed morales, barrera and marquez.. and made cotto, dlh and hatton look worse than just pot shotting to a win..

I think it's better for the fans... cause now everyone is forced to fight everyone instead of waiting for the fraud..

I think it's better for pac.. cause now he's the cash cow and will be dictating terms

I think it's better for canelo, leaves the door open for him to be the next super star

I think it's better for tv networks.. don't have to over pay for Olympic fights

i think it's good for Floydie, health first..

          we all win..

nahh dude....YOU SOUND DUMB...The fact that you feel those are "Arguably His Best Wins", which is purely opinionated, shows your lack of respect for him as a boxer and your lack of respect for Boxing as a whole.. If you would have took to the time to see what I was responding to, you would have realized I was addressing the notion that Floyd didn't take on stiff opposition. .Floyd came up through 5 weight divisions....5..Never took an L and almost always made his opposition look sub-par....This includes Hall of Famers and Future Hall of famers...

Do you honestly think boxers take on boxing as their JOB solely because they want to prove to the world that they are the best????NO...the FIGHT FOR A PURSE...THEY FIGHT TO GET PAID.. Floyd said it best, "I'm a prize fighter, the prize comes first". You can look at that and call him selfish, but at the end of the day, who is everyone else in the sport trying to be like financially? Floyd Mayweather.

You bring up DLH, Cotto, and Hatton....SMH...What weight did Floyd fight them at and what weight did Pacquiao fight them at? Weight Drained AND battered Cotto, Weight Drained DLH.. Both coming off of high profile losses. Pac shouldn't take pride in that...Freddie Roach as of recently has been exposed as wanting to fight the easiest opposition. This dates back to the DLH fight..even admitted that he had him weight drained for purposes of making the fight easy.... so stop it, please.

So Khan sent this dude into permanent retirement? lol

I think he might still come back for 1 more fight but he'll duck Khan again for the 5th time, I mean that sh** goes without saying at this point.. lol

                      Retired?

                      Floyd

Nope, I never said that, I never said that at all.

Don't put words into my mouth.
