Would it be illogical to assume that the bacne was a bad skin reaction from the NSAIDs he was taking to treat his shoulder injury? In some instances, the pain from shoulder injuries can spread to the upper back region, if he was applying a heavy topical around that area, then sweating would have caused it to travel even further down the back, clogging his pores and causing bacne in the process.
No coincidence that Pacquiao suddenly gets bacne after being prescribed USADA approved NSAIDs. The fl0mos act like he was sticking a needle in his vein and injecting excessive amounts of saline into his bloodstream, a Lance Armstrong approved method for masking PEDs.Last edited by IR0NFIST; 09-30-2015, 06:07 PM.

Brilliant thread. People are justifying Pac's acne yet they question Marquez's back.
Does that even fall under an excuse category?
