If he were to beat Lemieux, Cotto/Canelo, Lee/Saunders and then moves up and take a 168 title, I'd say yes. A win over just Cotto/Canelo won't be enough in my eyes.

              Not a chance.

You need marquee wins, a very good body of work. At least unifying a few titles, preferably multiple weight divisions (not essential).

He'll probably get in even now, because the IBHOF has like the most lax rules ever. There are people worse then GGG already in the hall.

I think a boxer's whole record is what gets him into the hall and not one win. GGG will end up in the hall in my opinion. All he does is win by KO.

GGG certainly does not have to move up to a weight class he doesn't belong in to get into the hall of fame. He is a small middleweight. He weighed 165 a month before his up coming fight with Lemieux while Lemieux, a big middleweight, weighed 176.5. If GGG has to move up then Hagler, Pryor, and Monzon don't belong in the hall because they never moved up. The reason fighters move up in weight is because they outgrow the weight class they are in. GGG is 33 years old so he isn't going to grow heavier.
