Except they are still super popular there. Roy Jones can revive his career fighting on PPV in Russia against bums, and be a superstar there. Same for James Toney. Why wouldnt he do it? International market is always an alternative route for talented athletes, they could make a fortune taking their talents overseas but its just theres too much to sacrifice doing it and athletes rather brand themselves in the states.
