    Pacquiao doesn't fight at 154. Floyd does/did.

      Are you being sarcastic?

If not please don't fall for the bait..PLEASE!! I'm helping you out here. GGG fighting Pacquiao would be a RIDICULOUS payday for GGG. EVERYBODY is stating that Pacquiao was better than Floyd...

Therefore, why wouldn't GGG want a fight with Pac at 154? Don't get emotional. The reason for my picture and Arum is because it WOULDN'T happen in the first place. It is a double standard scenario.

That fact that you're exempting GGG to not Pac because of money is not an honorable think you want to present coming as a GGG fan...

Apparently 60/40 profit splits didn'T register with you from the May/Pac bout that Pacquiao is the 2nd highest paid boxer in the game with a huge Asian fanbase. Fine, Macao, wherever, who cares...

Don't you think GGG is confident enough to destroy Pac at 154 regardless if Floyd never existed? Let's imagine Floyd didn't exist, and GGG wanted Pacquiao..... lol

154 = Light Middleweight .... regarding catchweight politics I don't care. This is why the game is so debatable. Didn't you get the sarcasm from the thread title?

Why would anyone want to see an old, shot and blown-up ATG get battered by a considerably bigger man in his prime?

              GGG is nearly 34....

              Pac is 36

              Floyd is 38.

Why did anybody want to see Bhop fight Kovalev who still went 12 rounds at nearly the age of 50....

Let's not make excuse please. It's not toprank.com

Unlike Mayweather, Pacquiao is already actually fighting in a weightclass where he is undersized.

He's gonna show up at 144 to fight another Margarito sized opponent except with actual skills and vicious power. ******ed. Floyd is atleast closer to Golovkins size and probably still has a reach advantage, he'd show up at 150 at the weigh in and probably blow up with his IV.

I know, scary, the thought of Floyd fighting someone actually bigger and not just fat midgets.

                    Maidana vs. Winky; big contrast.

Age is not the be all and end all. You have to consider the styles, the number of fights and the punishment taken. In terms of ring wear, Golovkin is still relatively fresh whereas Manny is on a pretty steep downwards slope.

Also, the size disparity between the two is huge. Manny won his first title at flyweight, while Golovkin is a career middleweight. Even Floyd is much bigger than Manny. The fight would be awful if it happened and I'd seriously fear for Manny's health. Lastly, since Manny holds no belts at 154lbs (and no belts at all for the time being) he is under no obligation to fight at a higher weightclass.
