Thurman isnt consistat either and he's "prime" his chin is very questionable.
Julio Diaz checked it and Thurman looked like he was in the twilight zone.
I swear people imagine Thurman getting hurt in every fight. He may not be packing granite, but people just see what they want to see.
The only time I've seen Thurman hurt upstairs was against Karass and that was for about 3 seconds. I've seen people say he was hurt against Zaveck and Chaves, yet don't point out exactly when...
Anyway, I think Pac at his best beats Keith, I'm not sure about this version though. He's very hesitant now.
It would be fireworks though, regardless of who wins.

Thurman has dominated everybody he's faced lately. He shutout Bundu, gave Guerrero a beatdown, and made Collazo quit, what else do people want from him?
I have him ranked 3rd in WW but he's nowhere near the much better performances in 2013 and it doesn't take a genius to realize a lot of the other top fighters could have done that against those 3 guys he just faced.

Also, his chin is not questionable, he's only been briefly rocked by Soto Karass who is a strong puncher. Also, Pacquiao hasn't had a stoppage victory since 2009, and he's been fighting guys from lower divisions besides Mayweather. Pacquao from 5 years ago, sure he lights up Thurman, this Pacquiao most likely loses. He's gun shy, lost his killer instinct, and doesn't have the same powerful punches, Keith Thurman would be a bad matchup at this point.
Punches chance at best.

Look at the Diaz fight. Thurman leaves his chin out there, don't get me wrong hes a good fighter but even this version of Pac messes him up.

He can definitely get a bit wild and even this version of Pac may beat him, but it's hard to call. Pac has been hesitant since the Marquez KO.
The Porter fight will answer a lot of questions about Thurman for me, really looking forward to that fight.

You really think Thurman was impressive relative to his competition and relative to his talent?
He didn't KO the 40 year old he was supposed to. Didn't KO the shot Guerrero who took a beating against some Japanese guy in his last fight. And was hittable against Collazo and only get the TKO because of a cut.
His performance his last 3 fights clearly isn't as good as his performance before those 3 fights. Pretty obvious to see here...
He's still a good fighter but his last 3 performance surely doesn't represent what he's capable of doing, which was my point.
