We all know you're actually just scared that Ward will beat Golovkin and not need to clinch once doing it, so you're trying your hardest to both discredit him and pretend he doesn't exist.
Ward had to clinch to beat sakio ****in bika. The 12th round in particular is a disgrace. He always clinches, you're just too biased to notice. You Consider him not clinching every ten seconds, impressive.

When your in there against a fighter as unorthodox and as dirty as Bika who comes in with his head/ rabbit punches, you have to tie him up. Most have had to resort to this when facing him. Fact of the matter is, Ward hasn't excessively held in so many of his fights but he gets that rep because people don't like him.

Look at the Rodriguez fight, that was Edwin doing all the holding. Why do we also ignore the fact that Kessler did his own holding and even the commentators noted Kessler wanted nothing to do with Ward on the inside. Why do we ignore the fact that Kessler-Froch 1, for all it's good exchanges had a serious amount of entanglements.

That was Rodriguez doing most of the holding, and there was no holding worth complaining about against Smith. Ward was either at the center of the ring outboxing him or forcing him back. This is straight up making shit up.

They ignore it because they want to discredit Ward however possible.

That's not my opinion at all. But we've all seen the polls on Nsb, a majority of the fans feel the Kov fight is more competitive. The fans have spoken, why are you trying to deny them what they deserve?

Everyone clinches against Bika because he's dirty as **** and forces them, or does it himself. Stevenson/Bika had a fair amount of clinches and that was a past it Bika against a guy who doesn't clinch at all.

LOL at me being too biased. Love how this site just claims bias against people just for not buying into bull****. Like I spend all my time defending Andre Ward. It was barely six months ago maybe that I was bashing him.

Suddenly financial risk and PPV sales matter.

Golovkin's fans sound like Fl0mos lately. Maybe even worse.
The mistake you're making is assuming everyone who makes fun of Ward for being so desperate to fight a middleweight is a Golovkin fan with some vested interest in the Froch saga, when most are just people laughing at Ward's lame-ass self, period.

Of course we remember, that video is extremely flawed and when I say extremely I mean that in the most literal term. Kessler held in that video, a lot of entanglements occurred but Ward instead got the blame for all of it. Go watch Froch-Kessler 1, see how many times they got tangled up.

Um, watching the 88 clinches initiated by Andre Ward right here, doesn't look like Kessler was at fault. Ward throws a jab and follows up with a hug (and sometimes a headbutt as well).

And this is how you fight Bika without having to clinch all the time.
