I can't see it happening. Lemieux is a very good puncher but people act like he's got kovalev type power. The type that hurts with almost every shot, Lemieux isnt that.

Although in Golovkin's last two outings he's been irresponsible defensively, I expect him to be more responsible for this one. I don't think he's as bad as people make out but it does look like he's falling into bad habits. Don't be surprised if Lemieux never lands that one good shot, I think the jab is gonna be too much for him.

It would be crazy cause he is a very good fighter, so to get ktfo by a C fighter would be shocking. At the same time he is not really fighting anyone, so I would not care. He has no plans of fighting a real challenge until 2017. What is being a very good fighter when you don't fight other very good fighters? Lem is not very good, Lee is not very good, Quillin is as good as Lee.

So it would be shocking but he is't doing thinga that I will miss.

How would I react? I'd probably be quite surprised and watch the replays and then get on with my life. Very similar to when Manny got knocked out. Congratulations to Lemieux and I would hope that he would not allow Oscar to bully him into not holding Canelo to the terms of defending his WBC title when the time comes.

Only other thing to say is that anyone who thinks Golovkin gets hit a lot needs to learn how to watch boxing or stop watching Floyd fight.

This one ends before the 3rd round. Difficult to imagine 12

If it's a great action packed fight, then no. If it goes 12 I can't see it being anything other than an explosive fight. Id be shocked if Lemieux can withstand that type of punishment for that long. His only chance is to hurt golovkin early and make him second guess attacking.

I would be shocked. Golovkin is better than Lemieux in every category including power. I don't see the fight going past 5 rounds. Lemieux has serious flaws that are going to be exploited badly in this fight.

It would be shocking and disappointing because I want to see Golovkin against the truly elite fighters. Lemieux doesn't have the same potential for future super fights. The loss to Rubio speaks for itself.

The JAB? GGG throws about double the power punches than he does jabs and he lands his power punches at a higher percentage. If Lemieux spends his time worrying about the jab, he will not last very long.

I REALLY have to figure out what fights people have been watching. They seem to think that GGG gets hit a lot, proved to be wrong by punch stats, and they think he throws more jabs than power shots, also wrong. Is there someone else out there with the same name who I have never seen or something?
