    For the record, I no longer give pro athletes from any sports the benefit of the doubt because the rules are soo soft and too many fail the eye test. But, Floyd BOASTS that he's clean and claims he's a leader in cleaning up the sport. Meanwhile, this happens and it confirms that he's colluded with governing bodies in rigging the rules. It's disappointing and too many of his fans are looking for excuses to clear him.

      If USADA uses CIR testing then it's a recent move by them. In the past they did not use it, VADA was the only one using it for a while.
      And hauser didn't change the subject, he said he will be coming out with a more in depth rebuttal

          That is not the settlement, that is legal fees before the settlement was reached.
