It seems funny how the people who parrot that party line of testing clean "before and after" the IV infusion conveniently and/or willfully ignore the shadiness of how the USADA, having been paid $ix figure$ for their $ervice in$tead of their u$ual 4 or 5 figure$, would knowingly observe an infusion meant to alter the biological BLOOD VALUES, but merely take URINE samples before & after the IV infusion.

Make a summoned house call (per Mayo's tweet) to observe the procedure meant to mask blood values, and just take urine samples instead of blood. And then they write up a retroactive TUE weeks later. LOL. It's shady all around.

I'm still waiting to see the official USADA response/answers to Hauser's rebuttal of Annie Skinner's press release. Almost a week now and the USADA still can't demonstrate transparency with immediate & honest answers to so few direct questions. It must be harder than they thought to manufacture their spin of the truth.

It would be blatantly incriminating if there was no paper trail for them to prove he was tested X number of times as they publicly report; so they have to go through the motions of testing. Duh! Talk about ****** questions.

And was it unannounced? Mayo says they were summoned, invited to make the house call to observe the IV procedure being done, which seems even more shady on top of them just taking urine samples before & after, instead of blood.

So what dollar amount do you expect for them to compromise their integrity? It reminds me of a joke, the punchline being something to the effect, "We already established you're a whore...we're just negotiating the price."

So, what were they being paid to test Morales? I doubt it was $ix figure$. Their integrity is already compromised from the lack of transparency, how much more with the way they're handling the testing?

For Bennet to say FM did nothing illegal and won't be investigated is not unexpected given Floyd's relationship with the NSAC but just a few days ago Bennet was telling us that the IV FM had at his home and USADA'S TUE were "unacceptable" WTF If you are going to cover up it's probably good to have a decent memory, so your not tripping all over yourself.
Some outside agency has to investigate because how can NSAC investigate itself?
