Thanks! I also believe he lost against Castillo in the first fight.

But his record is undefeated, officially! I can't invalidate any of that.
    So I accept his record.

I also can't invalidate some of PACs wins over Marquez. So it kind of works for the best right?

It actually does invalidate it in the opinion of what really counts the boxing community. People see Floyd as a fraud hence all his win lost its luster including his fight with Pac.

Let's put it this way. If people think I cheated. It is up to me to prove I am not to prove my innocence. If it ain't true I cheated I won't allow people to taint my legacy, hence I will find a way to prove my innocence.

The burden of proof is on Floyd. If he doesn't satisfy the questions that has yet been answered up to this day, like why he was dehydrated. Who was the attending physician and so forth, people will forever link him as a cheat.

Legacy goes out the window. It's just how it is.

A cheat will always be a cheat. And don't discount your value that you believe he cheated. People see him as such, therefore his wins are devalued. (Asterisks)

It may not be official. But it does still count.

The burden of proof is not on Floyd. It is on the person/organization bringing the action.

But I think your point is maybe "prove you did not cheat?" If Floyd doesn't respond to a non investigation then he cheated? My beliefs and what is provable are different things entirely.

He won't be called before any governmental committee to be questioned under oath for a non investigation.

Yes it does if he wants to clear his name. His tainted right now. If your innocent you want to clean up your name.

Like how Pac sued Floyd to clear his name and eventually Floyd had to settle out of court coz Pac has something on him, and pac cleared his name and got just compensation for floyd and family defaming him. but that's a different story.

If Floyd wants to clean up his name all he needs to do is sue Hauser, but he can't coz he knows and I know and you know he cheated. Cheers!

i am happy to see you and zaruko getting into a very decent and objective exchanges...

i can readily appreciate what you are trying to point out to zaruko as i also believe that it is very difficult to count on say, usada and nsac to do something to get to the bottom of this issue as both are also deep into this scandal...

their strategy is to ignore this happened and hope the issue die soon.....

consider that hauser hit back at usada when usada tried to belittle hauser's initial article..usada felt the sting and so far just kept mum to date...

zaruko even when he felt floyd cheated can't shake the so called "official" blah blah.on the issue from usada and nsac...that ranges from the floyd did nothing wrong to "not acceptable" and the about face to no investigation decision and the like..

the floyd loss to castillo is not an official one....

but if one watched that fight and saw for himself floyd lost, then for him floyd lost and that's the end of it...

judges are likely to be blind, more so with $$$ all around...

yes, mere fans opinions don't count officially...

but boxing, or any other sports needs the fans to survive...

            that's how important fans are...

$€£¥ have interfered with investigations proceeding before.
Our opinions do count to US, but they won't jump start this investigation.

Castillo took his loss to Floyd & lost the rematch.

As fans we can believe what we want.

But officially Floyd is undefeated, and there is no official IV investigation.

I wish there was, but there isn't.

Didn't Floyd have to go in front of the commission for making or faking something in his pre fight videos? 24/7 HBO? Or Shotime?

Nope, there is NO news on this non existent investigation. Sources close to Floyd are completely unfazed by this non pending investigation.

But each day brings us closer and closer to this non pending investigation coming to fruition.

                    Oh the humanity!
