Now let’s look at the truth.

USADA produced a mountain of paper in response to the subpoena, including rules and regulations that were already a matter of public record and some test results. But it withheld other documents and, on June 22, 2012, filed a motion to quash the subpoena, arguing, "First, the requested documents include medical records and documentation relating to Mr. Mayweather Jr which may constitute confidential medical records requiring his consent and release. Second, the requested documents include documents protected by the attorney-client privilege, work product doctrine and/or the investigative privilege. Third, the subpoena purports to require production in Los Angeles, California, more than 100 miles from USADA's offices and the location of the requested documents."

USADA’s motion to quash was never ruled upon by the court because the case was settled by the payment of an undisclosed sum of money by Mayweather to Pacquiao. It would be interesting to review the documents that USADA did not produce.

Yep USADA may have supplied 2,695 inconsequential documents but they were still refusing to release critical documents and fighting the subpena in court when the settlement was reached.

So since I think the May-pac fight was tainted and I could care less what the outcome was I should stop watching boxing? I don't and never have watched boxing because of just one or two guys like most of the newbe fan fanboys types that boxing inherited these past 8 years. My boxing life has been great without them and before them and will be great when both are gone. Can you say that fanboy?

I have been involved in a few corporate legal issues as just an employee, and dumping useless discovery requested documentation to the plaintiffs is a standard practice.

Earlier I said that USADAs response reads like a legal response to a civil complaint. In any case every allegation has to be answered or the court takes it so every allegation is always responded to no matter how superficial the response.When reading such responses you have to pay close attention not only to what is said but what is not said.

I have to hand it to Hauser. He picked up on something that even I missed. In the entire 9,992 word response USADA never once says that Froid was dehydrated. You are left to assume that he was but they never once state that is why the IV was administered and/or the TUE granted.

Simple fact is that USADA knows that they cannot show that Froid was dehydrated. There is no documentation showing such and plenty of medical examinations before that day, and during that day showing the was not.

If you were paying attention I replied to you earlier when you were constantly saying it was 8 to 4 Floyd. I said no way it was 8 to 4, Floyd won that fight much easier and by a wider margin. But In all honesty I could care less. That fight was all hype and was never going to live up to expectations. Which I why I didn't buy it but instead watch it a week later.

Plus I've been only going back and forth with you because I was just questioning you on Floyd and how you don't attach yourself to one fighter and how you think all top guys are dirty but in this thread all you have been doing was defend Floyd and underhandedly bash pac. Something Floyd fanboys do on this thread and so I have been calling you out on it and questioning you.

I look at things fairly and evenly and hug on to only boxing not just fighters.

I've always stated I think pac was dirty in the past and more than likely clean now. And also that I think Floyd is dirty and has been for a while. If some scandal broke about pac and peds I'd be all over him and bashing him and claim my feeling I have had about him are validated.

But this is a Floyd IV scandal thread so thats the topic. It's known he has had past positive test swept under the rug and covered up. So su****ion has always been there with him and now with this scandal it just validates his PED usage.
