Go back and check your posts.
I asked what many people asked, such as why did he fill out the form incorrectly and not mention the injury? NSAC asked the same question. Even Floyd mentioned an injury clearly on his form. And he's supposed to be the one that can't read and write.

The worst part is that Team Pacquiao/Top Rank faces a slew of lawsuits as a result. So obviously there are many issues people had surrounding it.

Please tell me this didn't actually happen.
They are both great, they were making me laugh crazy! Still smiling now! But now, the rabid fans are off their rockers!!

      It has been very enjoyable!

Pacquiao couldn't use the medication because of NSAC. Mayweather didn't need NSAC's permission for his case, and needed USADA's permission rather. They had opposite situations.

Unlike Armstrong, Mayweather was granted a Retroactive TUE. So you are correct, Armstrong should have gotten permission directly from USADA. But he did not.
Still giving the USADA type response.

So where on Floyd's form did he say that he was suffering from dehydration? IVs? Injections? I'm still waiting on that.

Floyd had to let the NSAC know that he was using injections before the fight. It is even stated on the form!!! Not hard for even a Floyd fan to understand. Furthermore, the NSAC said that the procedure and that they were not informed was wrong.

Also, NSAC need to be aware of everything. Prefight tests are not required under NSAC rules but if they are contracted to do so, the information always goes back to the NSAC. If there is a positive result from a test, will the NSAC say "its not part of our rules. Its all good?" NO!!!

Here is what NSAC said about all that:“The TUE for Mayweather’s IV - and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time - was totally unacceptable. I’ve made it clear to Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did.?br />

Come on man. We discussed all this back then and you had Manny handcuffed and throw away the key. Now you are saying "All I was doing was asking questions".

If you can't admit to that, how can you be objective enough to have a decent discussion?

Again, you are still comparing apples with oranges.

Mayweather did not need to get permission from NSAC. Mayweather needed permission from USADA. Meanwhile, Pacquiao needed permission from NSAC to use the medication. He got denied because they didn't follow protocol, especially indicating the injury on the form.

And NSAC also said the following and cleared Mayweather. On top of this, Mayweather faces no legal issues. Don't be mad man.

By that point, the Nevada people are trying to cover up. They do not want an inquiry into boxing because there are a lot of bad things going on and I'm not just talking about Floyd. So the best thing they decided is to hide it under the rug.

but they let the bag out way before then which you ignored and makes that video a JOKE!!!

Why do you people love arguing about multi millionaires who have never heard of you so passionately?

Meanwhile, with Mayweather there was a Paramedic on site, along with USADA on site. And he also received a Retroactive TUE. On Floyd's NSAC form, unlike Pacquiao, he clearly indicated he had a prior injury as well. And he's supposed to be the guy who can't read and write.

No he can't read good, and he can't write good!! Apparently nobody on his team can either???

He also didn't need any physical therapy! Super PAC! His shoulder was so bad it prevented him from shooting free throws! At least he get to the line, and miraculously shoot a free throw. I think Manny could take Floyd, easy, one on one, Mano-A-Mano, best of 5 to 21!! Winners outs!!

Play on Alcatraz!!! King of the rock!

I don't think Floyd would win a game! PAC is a baller, he straight up gets buckets!
