Mayweather didn't break any rules, don't know how many times you need to be told this fact.

I also want to understand this part though,

He applied for TUE weeks after he applied it, so did he initially brake the rules????

hahahahahahahaha it's pathetic. floyd had no good reason to use iv therapy other than to mask illegal substances.

TUE's take weeks to grant, the advice is to apply 30 days before. They have retroactive TUE's for when there isn't enough time to get a TUE granted before an event.

TUE shouldn't have been given out in the first place let alone retroactive tue (because simple dehydration isn't a proper excuse to be given tue according to WADA code). so usada and floyd are bending the rules for whatever reason. floyd to cover up doping and usada to cover up floyd doping. it's simple to understand.

and floyd should have been denied!! again simple dehydration is a complete poop reason to use iv therapy. it's a joke. usada handing out tue's like candy. but why????

because it's definitely not for rehydration purposes since floyd was 150.5 lbs 3 weeks before pac fight.

if Floyd applies for TUE 30 days before, how exactly did he know he's going to be dehydrated on that day?

and when exactly (the date) did Floyd and his medical team (memo, ariza) administered that IV transfusion

Why are you discussing something when you don't even know the basic info?

the question's simple when did Floyd's medical team (memo, ariza) administered the IV transfusion and when did he applied for TUE?

you said TUE's need to be applied 30 days before right?
