Good post, but I am a little bit lost with this one tbh.....

At face value this issue seems trivial and largely inconsequential.....
..... but valid points have been made regarding USADA protocols.

My questions to fellow posters are.....

If the bold is true, is this whole situation just a silly drama ?

Floyd took an IV at home (red flag already) before USADA gave him a TUE (USADA can't even give TUE's) then NSAC approved like 18 days after the fight.

The NSAC is in Floyd's pocket. He could ask for an exemption to do a line of coke between every round and he would get it.

OK, that is a breech of protocol, but dont tell me there is any difference between taking a saline drip at home or in a clinic.

That is the same level-fcukup as VADA using a dirty hotel glass to collect a sample, and/or testing an athlete in full view of the public.

I will not believe for one second that NSAC and USADA are working together to help Mayweather dope..... especially considering that..... Floyd/Manny underwent FULL testing, so both are clean..... and there is nothing about Mayweather that screams PED's..... volume/power are not Mayweathers thing.

It doesn't matter what the USADA says. The damage has been done with the release of the report.

This is not much different than the whole situation with the Patriots/Brady and the "Deflategate" thing. Whether Brady was guilty or not, the damage has been done in reference to the views of the public. Those that don't like him will say he is guilty, and those that are a fan of him will say he's innocent.

Nothing much will change that.

Armstrong never paid any anti-doping agency, nor did he pay any anti-doping agency to do random drug testing.

In professional boxing though, it's always been the Athlete and/or Promoter that voluntarily pays for the random drug testing to be conducted. Whether it be through USADA, VADA, or NSAC.
