Comments Thread For: Berto: The Guy I Know, That's Not The 'Real' Mayweather

Las Vegas, Nevada - Andre Berto has called Floyd Mayweather's personality into question. He says the pound-for-pound king that boxing fans follow in the press and on Showtime's 'All Access' reality series - is not the same guy he "personally" knows.

Mayweather will defend his WBA/WBC welterweight titles against Berto on Saturday night at the MGM Grand. The fight tops a four bout Showtime Pay-Per-View card.

Berto should just come out and say Pacquiao really won the fight with Mayweather..this will really help sell the fight...

TBH..the only chance this fight had of selling well was to use Pacquiao's name to sell it and the possibility of a rematch...

*******uallerbe and Mayweather thought they could say no Pac rematch and last fight..nobody cares about that lol..fight still ain't sell out..and the PPV numbers I think will be around 400-450K...

If Floyd had just used Pac's name and said he wanted the Pac rematch or the Triple G fight next..definitely would have helped sell this fight...

Berto needed a good win to be credible to sell...but then again if he got a good win, he probably would haven't have gotten the fight

Yeah that's not the real Mayweather, the real Mayweather cowers behind his security guards when a real confrontation happens in a non professional manner unless ofcourse its a woman that altercation is with what a brave tough warrior Floyd is.

Floyd may return to fight 50, but who would he fight if he comes back?
