What I like is that if you're not in the top 15... you can voluntarily enroll in the testing...

once you're in the top 15 in the WBC you're gonna get tested.

My question is if it's gonna be year round testing or no?

Floyd never did year round testing. That clean the sport crusade was a sham.

Floyd is able to cycle off with 2 fights a year

The WBC can't force anyone in the top 15 to take any kind of drug test unless the WBC is willing to pay for it. I doubt that the WBC has ever paid for a drug test. They rely on the state or area boxing commission to do that. This is more BS from a professional BS'er.

Haymon wont let any of his fighters be tested by VADA. He dropped them in favor of USADA once VADA caught several of his fighters testing dirty and reported it to the commission.

Cotto is already being tested randomly via USADA, along with Canelo. Cotto has been using USADA for the past few fights.
