Former champion Austin Trout expects Andre Berto to do better than Manny Pacquiao when he faces WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. on September 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Mayweather did try to kill Pacquaio a few times in their bout, he just didnt have the caliber to get the killshot in.

but back on the subject that Berto might do better then pacquaio and that is basically just cause he a inferior boxer compared to pacquaio.

I remeber Nacho Bernstein saying something to the effect "that Freddie Has made Pacquaio sound as a boxer and that will help us more then it will hurt us. when pacquaio was wild you didnt know where he was coming or how or anything you just knew he was coming" basically meaning it was had to control pacquaio in the ring cause he didnt fight the way a typical boxer fight but now that he does you can predict what he is trying to do and capatilize on it.

A worse boxer (to a point) will most likely always give a better show in losing then a superior fighter will in losing, why? because a superior fighter doesn't not have to go through the fire like a inferior fighter does to land his shots. Boxing is hit and not get hit.

Trout has no respect from me, first of all. Second of all, he sounds like a Floyd fan to me. Manny didn't wanna fight? Then why was he coming forward all fight and his opponent, who was bigger was backing up and running all fight?????? Huh? Trout's fighting style is gay just like Floyd's, so I can see why he thought Floyd was so effective. Smh. He is yet another fighter who is jealous of just how good Manny really is. He has a good jab when he throws it but guess what? He has never really needed a jab to win fights. That's how good he is. Name another fighter in history who you can say that about? Because I don't know one. Floyd was throwing amateur jabs like crazy and not many were landing. If Manny and Trout were the same size, Trout gets a beating. Just because you are a "fellow" fighter, doesn't mean you know what you are talking about.

Anybody who throws more than 100 punches ala pacwuiao will have a better fight. That was massive disappointment.
