True or False: James Toney's win over Michael Nunn is better than any win of Floyd's?

floyd's got a bottom heavy resume. yu've heard of a top heavy resume?
floyd's got a bottom heavy resume.
he's got the benefit of having a lot of good / very good wins. he's been the best fighter on the planet for several years now, and prior to that was only behind another all time great, manny pacquiao.
he has no great wins over top shelf, historic tier, prime competition.

Kalambay, OK he wasn't undefeated, I thought he was. Wins over Barkely, prime Mike McCallum, Herol graham etc. Absolutely great fighter - Also HOF material.
Starling, Tate, Curry on top of that. He was on an absolutely fantastic run! Mayweather also fought Cotto at 154 sandwiched between two welterweight fights, would that have made it less of a good win for Cotto? Not in my opinion. And of course, not that it's the same Starling/Mayweather.
I'm not using Nunn's P4P status. That's my whole point. I'm just saying he was a much more solidly established worldclass fighter, undefeated and in his absolute prime than probably anyone on Floyd's resume.
Sort of the same win as Hopkins vs Trinidad - Maybe even better.
But let's turn it around - Which is Mayweather's best win and how does it compare to Nunn?
HOF material? Not in my mind.
Good solid fighter but no way suitable for the HOF, IMO.

Literally fought everyone. Some had him beating Duran too.
He did lose too much, but usually to HOF quality like Kalambay, Duran or Benn - Which was also controversial.
I think a case could be made and I've read a lot of people who think so too.

and a lot of other all time greats have beat other ATG in their prime.....What prime all time great did Julio Cesar Chavez beat??? How about Bernard Hopkins??? Salvador Sanchez??? kostya Tszyu?? I can go on for days
You can only fight who is in your era and a lot of the time politics and promoters get in the way.....reasons why we didn't get to see guys like ODLH, Cotto, and Mayweather fight each other until they were independent fighters
its such a big deal that two prime greats fight because it hardly ever happens....at welterweight it took years....Their was Leonard- hearns in 1980...the next time it happened was Oscar vs Tito almost 20 years later

Julio Cesar Chaves got Meldrick Taylor. I know people don't give Taylor too much credit now for some reason, but he was an absolute masterful boxer/puncher back then. People said he was the second coming of Ray Leonard.
Hopkins has Trinidad and Tarver. Even Pavlik was a top win, even though it was at LHW.
Kostya Tszuy I agree with, but even so he's not held in anywhere near the regard a Mayweather or Toney or those other guys you've mentioned are.
