Poor Oscar, Floyd took his ppv status, beat him, beat his blue print and beat his favorite fighter, shut down his golden boy promotions, he even took cinco de mayo from him. Its enough to make you go on a bender.

I think Oscar rates Pernell more highly than Floyd. Actually someone should ask Floyd about them, cos they are often compared to each other.

Someone really needs to start drug testing Oscar.

So that begs the question, what would have happened with a prime Oscar? I think that is really a tough fight to call.

I personally feel that Oscar and Pacquiao are Floyd's two best wins in terms of calibre of fighter at the time he fought them, but in both cases I would say they were both past their best.
there is no doubt that styles make fights and oscar had great style for floyd but floyd still won around 8 to 4 i agree and i think floyd wins regardless how old oscar was

Mayweather was past prime himself in both fights....do you guys think he is immortal or something???? Mayweather was 30 vs Oscar and 38 vs Pacquaio

Mayweather was never a full fledged junior middleweight, only had like 3 fights over 140 before he fought Oscar, was outweighed by at least 13 pounds on fight night....Oscar chose the gloves and the ring size

04-07 Oscar wasn't fighting often as he did in the past but outside of Maybe Winky Wright, no one was beating Oscar at 154 during that time.

Oscar wasn't weight drained, came in the ring in great shape and had a great game plan....he gave a good account of himself but wasn't no where near winning that fight
