Bryant is with Gary Shaw who gets an HBO date every once in a while but its crowded over there at HBO with top rank, gb, k2, main events, etc on a limited budget. He has to realize he isn't going to get paid what he got paid for vlad, and if he wants high purses he may have to fight in europe.

What I will say in defence of Jennings though is that it probably wasn't a big offer, and with Ortiz using roids before you'd have to insist on testing which would be another chunk out of what he was getting.
