Agree. Al needs to get out of manager mode and think more like a tv executive. He is still trying to pamper many of his guys, when it makes no business sense for him to do that anymore.

With the amount of cash they wasted on Floyd's fight 5/6 fight contract they could have easily got a tournament on maybe not as good as we want but still much better fights than Floyd ever had.
