Unfortunately, this is not a joke. Berto has done nothing to deserve this bout. The real joke will come if Berto gets lucky and manages to land a KO shot, or Mayweather gets cut and loses by KO/TKO. I for one will not buy a PPV of this and neither should you.

May be his lowest ppv of his career as a headliner. Definitely watching this one at a bar with no cover, and a late night happy hour, and free peanuts, and a wheel of fortune style shot wheel with drink specials, and anything else that will make this the cheapest event possible because that's what he's giving the fans. Man...so much difference between the greats of the past and this cat. He was an amazing, truly amazing boxer don't get me wrong. But his reluctancy to even try to go out on his shield will hurt his legacy to some extent probably. But his nickname is Money Mayweather. He's always been clear what's paramount in his career. Make that money, though.

I will demand that the bar charges 5 dollars for this fight. Most bars have a minimum cover charge of 10 dollars. I demanded a 5 dollar cover charge for Pacquiao vs Algieri, I will do the same for this one.

Has anyone ever been glad they ordered a Floyd PPV? If you fall for it year after year, Andre Berto isn't gonna stop you from falling for it one more time. Floyd and all affiliated businessmen know this.

I guess the fight being free on NBC was a rumor. Had that been the case then I wouldn't of minded Mayweather fighting Berto. But this "fight" being on PPV is embarrassing. It should've been free on NBC since he scammed millions on paying 100 bucks for the marathon he did vs Pac.
