Vitali almost killed Briggs
Briggs got beaten by Vitali almost to the point of death. briggs spent two weeks in intensive care in Germany. Briggs was beaten worse than any black man was beaten since slavery was outlawed and whips were banned. Briggs was abused by Vitali almost to dying in the ring. Briggs at 45 is not capable of thinking now without assistance. No doctor could legally and morally sanction this misfit briggs to enter a ring again.

But I STILL think that Briggs could possibly beat Wilder.
Wilder has never faced someone as big and experienced as Briggs.
And Wilder is not 1/100th the fighter Vitali is/was.
I think Wilder might be able to beat Glazkhov but I back Browne to smash out Wilder.

It makes no sense for Haymon to sign either of those guys unless they were going to be cannon fodder for a champ.
