I respected him highly after he knocked out Khan and then beat Matthysse.

The Salka fight is the worst cherry pick I've ever seen in my entire life though. And this Paulie fight is another horrible match-up.

I still think Garcia is under-appreciated on here overall.

How long I gotta give this dude respect for besting mattysse? I gave him major props for that fight, and for Kahn, but boxing is what have you done recently sport.

And he's stepped down in both competition and performance.

You clown Fans are gonna be talking about his win over mattysse for another 10 years.

Mattysse lost to Garcia and he's earned my respect since that fight FAR more than anything Garcia has done.

He' still young. He's been in questionable bouts recently and earning questionable decisions, but you can't knock his determination or heart. Despite probably feeling he knew he lost those fights, he never stopped trying.

It's not like the dude is going around parading his undefeated record... I'm sure he doesn't give a ***** to test it and take a loss if need be when a worthy challenge presents itself. At 147lbs, I can see that happening real soon.

Danny Garcia is so ordinary. That's the best way to describe him... ordinary.

He's slow, a plodder, and his best offense is to close his eyes and throw a wide loooopppping hook and hope it connects. He's an ordinary fighter. The "0" on his record makes him look better then what he is- he has 2 losses and NOT that there's anything wrong with that, obviously.... but his team uses his imaginary 0 to make him seem like some fantastic fighter; when in reality there is a ton of fighters at 140 (and 147) who take him out in a nights of easy work.

I was a Garcia fan, but not anymore, has nothing to do with him losing either, guy shows no drive to win anymore, makes excuses, and how do you go down in competition after beating Lucas?

Haymon has destroyed an entire generation of fighters, these dudes don't woro to get better anymore because they know he will line up fights that are easy, and even when they lose they'll get the decision.

Danny has gotten worse since mattysse, not better, and that's sad.
He's too interested in trying to become a star and a rapper, he needs to refocus himself back to boxing. He is actually a decent boxer and was a very good amateur.

I'm a fan, but he definitely appears to have regressed a bit.

                  He's such a terrible rapper it's hilarious.

I remember on ******* back in the day he had a song called "i love *****."

The whole song all he said over and over was "I love *****".

He's a clown just like his dad.

Guys just like i assured you that Danny was going to fight Lamont Peterson after Rod salka i am now assuring you that DSG is going to be in a mega fight by years end against one of the big name welterweights like Keith Thurman or Shawn Porter, maybe Maidana if he is able to come back.

Don't you guys see the Haymaon pattern? Easy fight-Though fight, Easy fight-Though fight, it's pretty simple
